Pettus Project Consulting (PPC) provides innovative project management expertise for planning and delivery of high-quality projects, on time and within budget. Support is also available for project management program development and rollout, as well as training and mentoring of project managers and others involved in the process. In addition, project auditing is a focus area.
PPC also provides expertise in nuclear engineering Standard Design Process (SDP) and modification development / implementation.
